A tourist guide driver will take you to Izumo, the land of origins!
You can experience the culture of Izumo while visiting places related to mythology and historical spots!
There are also some places to tour by rickshaw along the way!
■ Visit to Izumo Taisha Shrine and Inasa Beach
Izumo Taisha Shrine enshrines the god of matchmaking. In Kamiarizuki (October of the lunar calendar), the Kamiari Festival is held, where eight million gods gather, and many worshippers come from all over the country. The current main hall is about 24 meters tall and is designated as a national treasure. You can also visit the treasure hall. Inasa Beach, known as the setting of the Kuniyuzuri myth, is also the place where the eight million gods are welcomed, and you can feel the land of origins in Izumo.
■ Relaxing rural scenery by rickshaw
Tour around the area of Izumo Taisha Shrine in a rickshaw. While listening to a rickshaw puller’s local guide, you will visit the over 1,000-year-old Zelkova tree at the Inochinushi Shrine and the Manai’s holly water, which has been used for religious ceremonies since ancient times.
■ Experience making shimenawa and relax at the cafe
Make your own original shimenawa decoration using makomo. Shimenawa is an auspicious decoration. Your own shimenawa, made with love and care, can also be used as interior decoration in your room. *Please check the various regulations before taking it back to your home country.

■ 出雲大社参拝と稲佐の浜
縁結びの神様を祀る出雲大社。神在月（旧暦１０月）には、八百万の神が集まる神在祭が行われ、全国から多くの参拝者が訪れます。現在の本殿の高さは約24mあり、国宝に指定されています。宝物殿見学あり。また、国譲り神話の舞台として知られる稲佐の浜は、八百万の神々をお迎えする場所でもあり、はじまりの国を出雲を感じていただきます。
■ 人力車でのんびり田舎風景
出雲大社周辺を人力車で巡ります。人力車を引っ張る人（車夫）の地元ネタのガイドを聞きながら、推定1000年を超える命主社のムクノキや、古代から神事に利用されている真名井の清水などを巡ります。
■ しめなわ作り体験 と カフェでゆったり
まこもを使ってオリジナルのしめ縄飾りを作ります。しめ縄は、縁起のいい飾りです。想いを込めて制作した自分だけのしめ縄がお部屋のインテリアにも。※自国へお持ち帰りの際は、各種規制等を事前にご確認ください。
